Data Deletion

You can delete your Posty account and all associated personal data at any time. Deletion is free and irreversible.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@postyapp.io with the subject «Privacy:».
2. Include the email address your account is registered with so we can locate and confirm it.
3. We confirm the request and delete your data. Changed your mind? Deletion can be cancelled during the grace period (30 days) by replying to us.

Requests are handled within 10 business days (per Federal Law No. 152-FZ); core data is deleted within 30 days after confirmation — a grace period in case of an accidental request.

What gets deleted

• Profile: email, name, avatar.
• Authorization tokens, bot tokens, encrypted sessions, and other connection data for every platform you connected.
• Post content and metadata, drafts, analytics, reports.
• Payment identifiers (saved payment-method token, last 4 digits of the card).

What is retained and why

The action log (audit log) is kept in anonymized form — for information security, incident investigation, and compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ. It cannot be used to identify you. We also retain records we are legally required to keep, such as receipts issued under the professional-income tax (NPD).
